Fast ESD and Latch-up Testing HBM, MM, LU With Quick Turn-around
At Sage, we utilize the top of the line Thermo-Scientific MK.4 ESD and Latch-up Testing HBM, MM, LU test systems to provide the necessary stimulus to test your device. These systems can accommodate up to 2304 pins and up to 8 independent power supply voltages. Proper setup of the device/test program is essential when performing ESD and Latch-up Testing HBM, MM, LU.
Knowing that there is a tight timeline to introduce new products into the market from first silicon to ramp-up, Sage Analytical aims to speed up HBM and MM testing by providing comprehensive ESD solutions in a full failure analysis environment.
We will help you achieve a clear understanding of Human Body Model (HBM) and Machine Model (MM) ESD robustness so you can make educated engineering and business decisions, and seamlessly ramp up to high-volume production.
Our new Mk.4 ESD and Latch-up Testing HBM, MM, LU testers are impeccably maintained for fast turn-around and repeatable results, whether for the evaluation of new products, test chips and redesigns, or for full ESD qualification. Mk4 ESD and Latch-up Testing HBM, MM, LU testers are equipped with 256k vectors per pin with read-back, high pin-count accommodations (up to 2304 pins), and ESDA/JEDEC, JS-001-2012, MIL-STD 883E, and AEC Q100-002 25 V to 8 kV in steps of 1 V to meet a variety of specifications within a single system. With our library of standard sockets, we can accommodate a wide range of normal package types for the fastest turnaround time. Based on customer need, we are able to acquire custom sockets to test newly designed products and non-standard pitches.
For Latch-up testing, we can perform a vectored setup should your device require it in order to get it into the low-current stable state necessary to perform Latch-up testing on it. We work closely with our customers to ensure their devices are setup properly. We have a vast library of sockets which can accept almost any type of package. Testing is performed to the latest JESD78 specification and the customer can request the ambient test temperature to range from 25°C to 150°C.
