Sage Analytical Lab, the modern failure analysis laboratory dedicated to providing the latest and paramount analytical techniques for investigating and diagnosing all levels of failures in today’s highly integrated and advanced semiconductor, medical and automotive devices, has announced that they have moved to a new laboratory in San Diego, California.

Thanks to the continued support and demand from our customers, we have expanded and moved our lab to a one story building located at 5744 Pacific Center Boulevard, Suite #302, San Diego, CA 92121.

Our investment in this new expanded 12,000 square foot laboratory includes an in-house class 10,000 cleanroom, added equipment including a new XIVA, fault isolation, ION Miller, Laser Decapping, and CSAM; in addition to greater processing capabilities with services including nano-probing, backside FIB tooling and various upgrades and expansions to current tool sets.

“Our new location will serve as a full service lab for all product manufacturers across the world,” said Moe Homayounieh, President of Sage Analytical Lab, LLC. “We have been heavily investing in the most modern machinery based on our client’s requirements. As a result, we have expanded our laboratory to provide quick and quality turn around while we aim to continually improve and provide the best possible service.”
