Our investment in this new expanded 12,000 square foot laboratory includes an in-house class 10,000 cleanroom, added equipment including a new XIVA, fault isolation, ION Miller, Laser Decapping, and CSAM; in addition to greater processing capabilities with services including nano-probing, backside FIB tooling and various upgrades and expansions to current tool sets.
Sage’s investment in the most modern equipment has opened the door to a grand level of precision and diagnosing of all level of failures and faults in today’s most advanced semiconductor devices.
